Day 1: A New Beginning

  This is being written on a MacBook while sitting in town hall.
 THE CAT WOULD NOT SHUT UP!!!!

I was sitting trying to rest my eyes (I'd been traveling since six this morning, and it was four thirty in the afternoon), but this blue cat wouldn't stop asking questions about "why I was moving" and "where I was going".  He even asked me where I was living!  Is he a stalker or something!?  But finally the bus driver pulled over to this tiny little platform and dropped me off.  I ran off the bus, reeeaaalllyyy hoping Rover (the cat) wasn't following me.

The cat ROVER told me to go to the "town hall".  What kind of town still has a town hall?  But I have to admit, it has a certain charm about it.  I was walking aimlessly, hoping to bump into the town hall, but I had to stop at a river.  As I was debating cutting down a tree with my Swiss Army Knife to make a raft, but then this pink squirrel ran up to me and started a conversation.

Pink Squirrel: Hi there!  Are you new to Ayame??
Me: Yes.  Did you follow me from the bus stop or something?
PS: AHAHAHA NO SILLY!  I know everyone here, and I definitely do not know YOU.  I'm Peanut!
Me: Sounds like a chihuahua name...
Peanut: What?
Me: Nothing!  But uh, I'm Vala.  Hey, is there a bridge around here, or do I have to swim across?
P: ...If you go waaayyy over in that direction and go down  *points over behind her* , you'll see a walkway down the cliff.  Go down there and keep walking right, you'll hit a bridge.  Then you go across that and up is the town hall!  Easy!
Me:  The map says there's a bridge a few yards from here.
P: OH YEAH!!  THAT'S RIGHT!  Anyhoo, see ya later!

I DISLIKE HER MUCH. 

So I went down and across the bridge (and noticed that the grass had triangles on it) and found the town hall.  I also passed an empty house, so when no one was looking, and took a peek inside.  It was very homely, with a green wall paper and wood floors. I hope it's available, it's really nice, and seems to be at the center of town.  EXCELLENT!!  This will be the center of all major (and minor) mischief in Ayame!  

MWA HA HA HA HAAAAA!!!!!!!!!1 

Oh I gotta go.  A pelican is calling me over.
