Day 1: A New Beginning ~continued~

SUCCESS!!!  THE HOUSE IS MINE!  PEACE IN AYAME WILL BE NO MORE!!!!!


Here's how it went down:  The pelican called me up
Pelican:  Hello!  Welcome to the Ayame Town Hall!  How may I help you?
Me: Uh yeah, I just moved here.  This annoying cat on the bus told me to go here.
Pelican: Oh of course!  You're the new girl, Vala, right? I'm Pelly, let me welcome you to Ayame!
Me:  Thanks.  So about my housing issues...is that empty one by the bridge for sale?
Pelly:  Actually it is, along with three others in different locations.  Feel free to check them out!  The landlord, Tom Nook, will be at each one.
Me: Good lord there's a landlord...

So I left and ran to MY house to make sure I didn't miss any leaky pipes or something.  It was weird...no pipes.  Wait...WHERE AM I GOING TO SHOWER!!  I have to ask Tom Nook again...great. 

So after I left the house, a fat raccoon greeted me
FatRaccoon: Well well, you like this home, yes?
Me:  YES YES!  Just hand over the keys and no one will get hurt...
FR: But before I give you the house, we must go over some things first!

Then he went ON and ON and ON about taking care of my house, making money and working at his store. I am NOT working there.  I'd rather paint my house neon GREEN than work for him! 
...
But he said either I work for him or I never buy anything, never upgrade, and never go to the city.  That is one sick raccoon!

So now I'm hiding in my house sitting on a froggy chair that was given to me (and also makes me sound like I'm cutting the cheese non-stop).  So I went by his store, hoping to seem "eager", because I learned that if you appear eager or happy, they'll be nicer to you.  I even put my hair in pigtails!  I got there, and was looking for a store, but all I saw was a shack.  Then I saw the sign.  Oh no...this IS the store!  I walked in (careful not have the roof collapse on me) and Fat Raccoon Guy (F.G.R) welcomed me in.
FRG: Oh good you're here!  Now before I put you to work, I want you to change into the uniform.
Me: No way!  Can't I just wear what I'm wearing now?  I'll even staple some straps on!!
FRG: Nope, everyone has to.  So come on now, put it on! 

I made him turn around when I forced it over my shirt.  I was sweating my brains out!  He told me that "I was made for that shirt".  YEAH RIGHT.  So first I had to meet & greet everyone.  Oi vey.

Oh, and I met the mayor.  He was peeved when I told him my favorite animal (out of a pelican, cat, raccoon, and turtle) was a cat (why did I dislike Rover so much?), but he can get over it.

Then I had to write a letter to Lobo thanking him for spending his precious time and money on that greedy fat raccoon guy(his new initials are GFRG), and then I delivered something to Alli, and in return she gave me this chair.

NEED. RACOON BREAK!!  I don't even know his name!!

I better get up and work on my job...
AND FIND SOMETHING NOT GREEN!!!!!!!!!1
